Atlas Earns Acme Packet Certification

Atlas and Acme Packet have partnered to provide installation and management of the Net-Net line of Session Border Controllers. In 2010, our field staff successfully completed formal certification on the 2600 and 4500 product models. Atlas is now officially listed as an Acme Packet Authorized Services Partner on Acme’s re-launched web site.

  Expansion of our New Jersey Office

We have recently expanded and added a new engineering office in Plainsboro, NJ, current headquarters of Smart IMS, and home to our Avatar™ Network Operations and Managed Services team. The Avatar™ platform provides global remote support for our managed services customers. The site also houses our sales and engineering staff and interoperability lab. The location is in proximity to Princeton and Philadelphia and is accessible from NYC by major roadways, including US Route 1 and the NJ Turnpike. The addition expands our presence in the Northeastern US, building upon our other two branches in Brooklyn and Manhattan. We invite you to meet with us in-person for a site tour.

  Trader Voice Corner

Did you know that Atlas has developed architectural principles and standards for SIP-based Trader Communication Systems leveraging the same standards we developed for data centric enterprise voice architectures over three years ago?

As carrier TDM facilities prove challenging and costly around the globe,  we can now leverage existing Enterprise data networks to provide circuit redundancy in dual Data Center trading systems using Session Border Controller and Session Management technology. This design paves the way for future development of carrier SIP circuits for Private Wire networks integral to Trading Operations around the world.  Atlas Communications Technology is partnered with SIP Carriers and service providers in developing these facilities.
