Description: - Position Details: Video Conferencing Design and Deployment Engineer supports client requirements and provides design of enterprise video systems for conference room, and end user devices. The systems and end user devices need to be tested and certified based on defined architecture standards. Integration testing between various system environments is key. Cisco, Polycom, CLI and Tandberg devices need to be able to communicate with each other as well as with enterprise infrastructure and PBX systems/dial plans. A Common Directory and a management process for managing that directory, needs to be created. Integration into the users PBX for Single Number reach and call redirect features (Voice Mail coverage). Dialplan integration is a complex and key issue for these environments. The video solution needs to integrate into various PBX environments (Cisco, Avaya, Nortel,etc...) and integrate into a global dial plan. H.323 and SIP protocol knowledge is essential.
Requirements: - Designing Video Conferencing service utilizing Cisco is key experience and knowledge of Telepresence is a huge bonus but will train the right candidate on Telepresence.
